A&M Hospitality Group is a UK-based brand founded in 2021 by Andrei Maxim and Daf Andrews, driven by their passion for genuine hospitality and desire to instill something unique and exceptional.
The Story & Vision
The story began in London, where drinking and dining subcultures are evident and territorial. It’s in this environment the founders forged and developed their careers.
A&M is to curate distinct but accessible drinking and dining experiences that tell a story about a location and culture, while celebrating the bounty of premium ingredients available locally. Never ones to stand still, A&M will constantly evolve, staying ahead of trends to offer new and existing experiences to their guests, each and every time.
Silures, Cardiff
Silures is A&M's take on the contemporary Restaurant & Bar. Rooted in Wales, the menu is inspired by Modern European cuisine, whilst the bar is a bustling and vibrant environment driven by crafted cocktails, Champagne by the glass and beer on draught. Silures is the embodiment of true hospitality: personalised, unique and accessible.
